Collecting products in person
It isn’t possible for you to collect a product in person.

Payment
It is only possible to pay via iDeal or Paypal.

Returning your product
Did something went wrong with your order or are you unhappy with your product? We would like to solve your issue! You could mail us at shop@bcm.nl, please describe your problem in detail. We do not accept returns without previous mailcontact!.

Postage costs
Preparing and sending your order will cost a minimum of € 4.00. This applies to Dutch addresses. If you order multiple magazines (a quantity that does not fit through the letterbox) or heavier books, the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. This also applies for shipments abroad: different rates apply that you will automatically see with your order. You will of course see this in your shopping cart and you can still adjust your order.
